With an experienced staff in both ground-up development and asset acquisitions, our A&D team has created a dynamic and best-in-class underwriting approach. With a vast network of broker, equity, and debt contacts, our team utilizes a dynamic model to work every deal from start to finish. From initial sourcing and market research, to due diligence services and debt placement, our team maintains an extremely active pipeline in both the student housing and conventional multifamily sectors.
Branding, Design, & Marketing
The Preiss Company has an in-house team of graphic designers and digital marketing specialists that work collaboratively to support our properties’ leasing and marketing efforts. Our team handles everything from brand development and the creation of property marketing materials, promotional items, and both print and digital leasing campaigns, to implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, such as social media marketing, paid advertisements, SEO and reputation management.
Accounting & Finance
Our team of Accounting professionals works closely with our Property Management team, as well as Owner’s accounting and asset management contacts to provide accurate and timely accounting financial packages for every asset. In addition to the management of financial processes, our Accounting team also is responsible for bank setup and relationship management and property tax mitigation and insurance needs. With our ability to create customized reporting packages based on each Owner’s needs, we have the capacity to serve clients of all shapes and sizes.
IT Support & Tech Services
Our team of IT experts serves as a company-wide help desk for both hardware and software support. Our experienced team also oversees all information security, including company antivirus and email security. Within the department, we also have a best-in-class Strategic Technology component, supporting our portfolio by negotiating bulk high-speed internet and cable contracts, and overseeing all usage of Smart Technology and IOT. Our team utilizes existing relationships with many well-established providers of technology, but we’re also on the cutting edge of next-generation technology to better serve tomorrow’s customer and client.
At The Preiss Company, our Construction Management Team specializes in the renovation and remodeling of student housing and conventional multifamily assets. Specialities include full interior unit renovation, clubhouse and amenity remodel and design, exterior repairs, completion of deferred capital projects, material procurement, General Contractor oversight, and contract negotiation. With over $100M in projects managed since 2010, we’re confident that we have the capability to manage projects of any size or complexity.
