RALEIGH, NC – August 2, 2010 – The Preiss Company (“TPCO”), specializing in the development, acquisition, and management of off-campus student housing, has announced the appointment of Dan Soyka to Regional Manager. “I’m fortunate to be working with so many dedicated property managers and team members,” says Soyka. “All of these individuals really care about our residents and our firm’s reputation in our industry. I look forward to working with these incredibly talented and dedicated people and to supporting their efforts in order to achieve even greater leasing and financial success.”
