TPCO organized the Joint Venture Partnership and represented the buyers in the acquisition process. TPCO will provide property management, marketing, leasing, and potential sales services to this site.
Purpose Statement: TPCO currently owns or manages over 1,600 beds within the Clemson marketplace. This site is closer to Clemson University and is part of a planned urban development that provides for a mixed-use project. TPCO will continue to evaluate the right timing and product mix for the market.
