This project was designed with resort-style finishes including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, etc. The property should be the nicest student housing project in the Southeast.

Purpose Statement: TPCO is currently the largest off-campus student housing provider in the North Carolina State University market. This asset is located across Trailwoods Drive from The Woods complex, a 216-unit project that TPCO developed. The asset was underperforming and TPCO felt that with its property management, maintenance and marketing, this asset would complement the current product current represented in the marketplace. The asset was purchased in April.
