Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Greeting existing & potential residents, Showing & Renting Apartments, Preparation of lease packages & lease renewals, general clerical duties.
Minimum qualifications: (1) year customer service and/or sales experience. Preferred Property Management leasing experience.
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to: planning and execution of various marketing tactics ensuring the maximum rental of per bed units, analyzes market and takes action to report recommendations. Hire, manage, and evaluate staff, delegate work, train, mentor and coach Leasing Consultants, enforce company policies, create Leasing Consultant schedules.
Minimum qualifications: (2) years of customer service or sales experience; Prior Property Management experience to include proven leasing successes; and Marketing knowledge. General management experience/team leader experience preferred. Student Housing experience preferred. Prior Onsite software experience is a plus. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
